Parkinson’s Café CF5 is on Wednesday, December 5, 10.30am-12.30pm, at Ely and Caerau Community Hub, Cowbridge Road West, Cardiff CF5 5BQ. People affected by Parkinson’s, their family, carers and friends are welcome. Join for friendship, support, informatio­n sharing, coffee, tea, cake or a biscuit, and a laugh. Ukulele Nights will provide entertainm­ent at Albany Road Baptist Church on Friday, December 7, at 2pm with seasonal songs. In the lounge at the rear of the church (access via the big car park). Entry is free. A voluntary charity collection will be taken at the end for a charity of their choosing. Tea and coffee provided. All welcome.
