BEST OF THE REST I’M A CELEBRITY – SURVIVING THE JUNGLE ITV2, 8pm THE MET: POLICING LONDON BBC1, 9pm

-

YES, it’s very nearly that time of year again. Ant and Dec have already headed Down Under, the famous faces who will be this year’s campmates have all been flying in to join them, and a brand new series of IACGMOOH is ready to kick off this Sunday night.

So to get us all in the mood for the 19th series, jungle alumni and comedian Joel Dommett, who is also one of the hosts of ITV2’s Extra Camp spin-off show, alongside former faves Emily Atack and Adam Thomas – is presenting this clips show.

We’ll be heading down memory lane with a whole load of hilarious footage, as Joel shows what it takes to survive and thrive in camp.

We’ll find out how best to tackle those Bushtucker Trials and what to do (and what not to do) if you want to be popular with both your campmates and the voting public.

IT’S the last in the series of this fascinating look at the work carried out by London’s Metropolitan Police.

Keeping a city as large as the capital safe is no mean feat, typified by the case where detectives are trying to find two thugs who attacked a 50-year-old man in Trafalgar Square.

There’s CCTV footage, but more than 15 million tourists come to wander round the famous square every year, so investigators are facing a mammoth task.

The job is made even more pressing when, following an appeal from the victim’s family, witnesses come forward to help identify the attackers and the team learn that one fled the country shortly after the attack.

In east London, the Trident team, led by DCI Jim McKee, think gang leaders have been grooming young teenagers to carry out attacks for them.

When a young boy is kidnapped and tortured, they get a vital lead on their main suspect.
