VARIOUS planning applicatio­ns have been submitted to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council recently.

These include:

■■Two storey rear extension at 35 Gardner Close, Glyncoch, Pontypridd; ■■Non material amendment for: removal of first floor patio doors and provide two windows to change from one bedroom to two bedrooms (18/0001/10) at 3 Rowley Terrace, Brook Street, Maerdy, Ferndale; ■■Camera gantry over north spectator stand at Cambrian and Clydach Vale Football Ground, Tonypandy;

■■Proposed first floor rear extension at 62 Albany Street, Ferndale; ■■Pergola at the rear of Queens Hotel beer garden at The Queens Hotel Public House, 102 Llewellyn Street, Pentre; ■■Conversion of former public house/ hotel into 14 no. self contained flats at Former Gordon Hotel, 60 Gelli Road, Gelli, Pentre; ■■Constructi­on of eight new threebed dwellings. (CMRA received 17/03/21) at Land to the South of Ashdale Road, Penrhiwfer, Tonypandy;

■■Discharge of conditions - 3 (Contaminat­ion), 6 (Cycle parking), 7 (Vehicular foot way crossing) and 9 (Landscapin­g) of planning permission 20/0784/10 for residentia­l developmen­t at 83 Hughes Street, Penygraig, Tonypandy;

■■LBC for conversion of office building to 10 residentia­l units and 1 commercial unit at The former Rates building, 42 High Street, Aberdare; ■■Discharge of condition 5 (Retaining Structure) of planning permission for a stable and path (20/0338/10) at 28 Long Row, Blaenllech­au, Ferndale.
