WEBCHAT Wales’ Covid infection rate is now the fourth-highest in the world

Last year the main reason for lockdown was to stop hospitals becoming overwhelmed by reducing the spread of the virus. The vaccination programme has now taken on the task of protecting the NHS. The number of cases is irrelevant it’s the people in hospital and those dying that we need to be watching.

Most people will not be seriously affected if they are jabbed, this time last year they may have been on a ventilator or died! ... Once they have the booster they will have up to 95% protection so the medical professionals said this morning!

To be fair, we should partly blame England for their easing of maskwearing... because a large proportion within Wales still follow English media, so they follow rules set by Westminster instead of Senedd.

And this is with us wearing masks. Doesn’t make sense to me. I can’t believe the amount of people screaming out for another lockdown . It’s bizarre.
