I never hear anyone saying that they’ve had a cold or flu, it’s always Covid. Strange isn’t it? It’s as if the word Covid has replaced all respiratory illnesses.

I’ve had minor 48-hour colds, nasty colds which left me with a nasty cough and had flu twice in my lifetime, last time 12 years ago when I felt I was dying and took months to get over. I suppose it would be called long flu these days. Just stop all the testing. If you have a cold don’t go visiting vulnerable people but then you don’t need the Government to tell you that, your own common sense should.
