SWANSEA City are aiming to defy the odds and claim a top six spot in the Championsh­ip.

Fulham and Brentford have already secured play-off spots at the very least, while Nottingham Forest seem certain to achieve the same feat.

And the Swans still harbour faint hopes of clinching a top six place, although they have an uphill task ahead of them.

Here’s the full state of play ahead of the final two games of the regular season, as well as what Swansea need this weekend to stay in the mix.
