TOTTENHAM have completed the signing of Joe Rodon from Swansea City.

Spurs agreed a fee of £11m plus add-ons in a deal worth up to £15m with the Swans at the 11th hour on transfer deadline day.

And Jose Mourinho’s men have officially confirmed that Rodon is now a Tottenham player.

The centre-back has signed a fiveyear deal with Spurs.

He will wear the number 14 shirt at Tottenham.

Rodon made his Swansea debut under Graham Potter in August 2018 and leaves south Wales having made a total of 54 appearances for his boyhood club.

He has also won seven Wales caps under Ryan Giggs since breaking through at SA1.

On a busy day Swansea signed central defender Joel Latibeaudiere from Man City, with Kasey Palmer also moving to the Liberty Stadium on loan from Bristol City.

Cooper worked with the 20-yearold Latibeaudiere during his time as manager of England’s Under-17s.

The defender has never featured for Man City’s first team and joined FC Twente on loan last term.

He joins the Swans on a free transfer, signing a three-year deal with the club.

It’s understood there is no option to buy clause inserted in the deal with Bristol City for Palmer. The Robins have the option to recall Palmer in January.

Palmer started his career at Charlton Athletic before transferring to Chelsea’s academy.

During his time with the Blues, Palmer had loan spells with Huddersfield Town, Derby County, Blackburn Rovers and Bristol City before signing a permanent deal with the Robins in 2019.

The Swans also added Ryan Bennett to their ranks yesterday, the defender signing on a permanent move from Wolves, and were hoping to also seal a deal for QPR’S Ryan Manning.
