Baby boom firm plans new posts

-

SOU THP ORTBASED marketing firm Access Point are experiencing what can only be described as a baby boom. Six babies in 12 months, some feat for a team of less than 50!

Two women are already on maternity leave, with another three to follow over the next few weeks. That’s not forgetting one dad with paternity duties due not long after that; it’s safe to say, there’s something in the water at the Old Courthouse.

Marketing manager Jacquie Sim said: “Many of our team have worked with us for 10 years or more, maturing with the company and so it was to be expected that they will become parents at some point.

“We support our parents-to-be in order to ensure that our valuable talent continue to do their best work.

“As well as our legal requirements there is an understanding that you might be off your game a little when it’s teething time or that you might need an early finish so you can make it to sports day... even if you are the grandma.

“These are little things that can mean the world to our staff, keeping them engaged and committed to the business and its overall performance.”

That’s all great news for the parents (and grandparents) but what about the business that’s about to lose 10% of its workforce? Well they are looking to recruit.

As well as exceptional benefits, Access Point offers a fun and professional environment to work in and an opportunity to grow.

There are several positions available so visit the website for more information www.apuk.net/ recruitment.
