Wedding service accolade for cars company
CHURCHTOWN Wedding Cars in Southport has won the title of North West Wedding Transport Provider.
It was a great accolade for wedding firms in our local area, who were well represented at the Wedding Industry Awards with Smileomatic Photobooths, Vanilla Nova Cakes, Steve Rooney Photography, West Tower, Formby Party Hire and Churchtown Wedding Cars all making the regional final.
The Wedding Industry Awards is a national awards programme which allows companies of all sizes to compete on a level playing field.
Steve Mann, from Churchtown Wedding Cars, said: “These awards are a bit different to other, magazine-sponsored awards, in that votes can only be cast by genuine customers from the last 12 months, and it is all about the quality of the service, not simply how many people vote.
“This allows smaller companies, which provide a very personal service, to be recognised on an equal footing to larger companies.
“The emphasis is on going the extra mile and the clients are asked to rate the companies’ performance in several areas, before briefly explaining how they felt their expectations were exceeded.
“Those that are scored highest by their customers are shortlisted to the regional finals evening.
“All of these local companies scored extremely highly and did our town proud.”
Churchtown Wedding Cars, based in Southport, was founded in 1993.
Steve Mann said: “We have always had an excellent reputation for our high quality of service and stunning vehicles.
“New vehicles have been added to the fleet and the company is going from strength to strength.
“We will now go head to head with six other companies from around the UK at the national finals evening at the Cafe de Paris in London on January 12 next year.”
