The head of for the visitor economy development at the Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), Peter Sandman, said: “These awards recognise quality across our vital tourism sector and this event is the perfect setting to acknowledge not just hard work and excellence, but the important and major role the industry has on the region’s economy.
“Now that entries are open, I would encourage all businesses and individuals to take a look at the simplified application form and get their entries in early.”
Many of the winners from this award ceremony go on to achieve national recognition at events such as the Visit England Awards for Excellence.
