FORMBY Hall is giving you the chance to put your name on its menu. The resort has recently undergone a huge revamp – with the new owners having invested a whopping £2.4m into the development.
Part of this has seen the addition of a new restaurant, Fairway Grill, which has a menu with a mixture of modern and traditional fare.
And owners are calling all budding chefs and avid cooks, to create a new sauce – with the winner having theirs added to the menu.
The lucky winner will also receive a luxury three-course meal for two at the restaurant in the newly refurbished Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa.
A spokesperson for the resort said: “Whether it’s your own take on a flavoured butter, a Hollandaise with a special twist or a Peppercorn with an extra ingredients; we’re really looking forward to trying your recipes!
“The winning sauce will be added to the menu at the Fairway Grill and credited to its creator.”
