Why salmon, samphire and tomatoes?

All are anti-inflammatory and loaded with nutrients and very powerful antioxidants.

Salmon is rich in essential Omega 3 fatty acids, it’s a highquality protein food that can reduce blood pressure.

It’s also an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals in particular; B vitamins, potassium and selenium.

Samphire is high in salt but rich in fibre plus vitamins A, B and C, plus calcium, magnesium and potassium.

Tomatoes are a major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, and also contain several vitamins and minerals including vitamins C, K1, B9, potassium and beta-carotene.
