It’s a Lego and dino bonanza

-

STEP back in time with dinosaurs built from Lego bricks at Preston’s Harris Museum, Art Gallery and Library.

Brick Dinos is a free-entry, family exhibition produced by artist Warren Elsmore and his world-renowned team of Lego modellers.

Working closely in collaboration with a palaeontologist for authenticity, this new exhibition has dinosaurs and p re h i s t o r i c creatures masterfully built in miniature and each in their own Jurassic worlds.

As well as coming up close to dinosaurs from land, air and sea, visitors can try building their own dinosaurs to add to an exhibition landscape or find out if their whole family would fit into the footprint of a single dinosaur.

A perfect combination of childhood passions, dinosaurs and Lego bricks, don’t miss this chance to see face-toface old favourites like the T-Rex or a lifesized pterodactyl flying over your head.

Look out for interactive activities and events and be in with a chance to win a dinosaur-themed prize.

Visit the exhibition to discover, imagine and – above all – have fun finding about these prehistoric beasts.

Build a dinosaur to add to a Jurassic landscape, or maybe take home the Brick by Brick Dinosaurs Book and follow the instructions to build your own giants.

You can even add your own artwork to it and pop it into the Brick Dinos exhibition postbox to see your work go on display in the gallery.

The exhibition, at the gallery in Market Street, runs from July 15 to September 17, 2017.
