BLUE Park Theatre presents Ball of Fire at The Atkinson.

Experience the life and times of the great Alan Ball, beautifull­y played out through a dramatisat­ion that recounts his early struggles on the road to becoming a profession­al footballer.

According to Bobby Charlton, referring to the 1966 World Cup Final: “He was probably the best player that day and if it had not been for his impact the result could have been totally different.”

Ex-Everton legend Ronny Goodlass poetically narrates the play tracing every step of Alan’s journey, performed by a talented cast that will keep you captivated throughout.

Ronny will be there to conduct a post-show Q&A with former Everton legend Tony Kay about Alan Ball.

Ball of Fire will be performed on Saturday, July 29 at 7.30pm at The Atkin- son Theatre in Lord Street.
