Get inn line for talent show
THE Cheshire Lines Inn in Southport is continuing its Chesh Idol contest.
The competition offers a chance to win a £500 cash prize and £250 to a charity of your choice.
With heats every Friday and two contestants going through every week to the grand final on Friday, September 15, registration is from 8pm.
The event is sponsored by Kristals garden and cleaning services, Uptown Funk blow-dry and makeup Bar and is run in association with Southport Radio.
The pub’s new landlady, Victoria Bradshaw, is hoping that this event will bring a range of ages and talents to what is planned to be the biggest singing competition of the year.
With a secluded secret garden and a new menu, the traditional pub is inviting everyone to go along and sample the new features.
