Dementia Friends session
COUNCIL customer service staff recently took part in a Dementia Friends Session.
This gives them a better understanding of how to help people with dementia.
The session for the staff from West Lancashire Borough Council included activities, a written and physical test, and then each individual had to complete a personal action plan about what they could do to assist someone with dementia.
