THE ultimate celebration of female rock stars is coming to Southport Theatre.

Sweeney Entertainments presents Women in Rock – the UK’s only live show dedicated to the world’s greatest female rock stars on January 19.

Three of the most powerful female singers on the live music scene, together with a talented touring band, bring a high-octane show.

Collectively the singers have a wealth of experience performing in the US, Australia, Asia and China, with artistes including Alicia Keys, Rihanna, Toyah Wilcox, Vampires Rock and The National Orchestra of Great Britain to name but a few.

This visual and musical experience authentically reproduces some of the most popular rock anthems including Black Velvet, Call Me and I Love Rock And Roll.

Enjoy music through the decades as Women in Rock pay tribute to stars including Pat Benatar, Stevie Nicks, Joan Jett, Heart, Vixen, Cher, Bonnie Tyler, Kiki Dee, Janice Joplin, Alanis Morrissette, Pink, Patti Smith, Halestorm and many more.
