- BY GRAHAM ELLIS

SOUTHPORT RFC is delighted to renew their kit supply arrangement with O’Neills International Sportswear for a further three seasons from September this year.

This follows the success of the original deal signed in 2015.

The updated kit design also heralds the new main sponsor the EFT Group.

The logo of this successful and ambitious Southport based EFT company will be proudly displayed on the front and centre of the traditional red black & amber jersey with a modern twist.

This is to be worn by all 24 teams within the club from the from under 6s through to all senior sides for the next three years.

Adam Watts CEO of EFT Group said: “EFT is a values based company with a higher purpose and as the new main shirt sponsor we are delighted with our partnership with Southport RFC.

It is a partnership of shared values, commitment to the community, and a mutual desire to help each other achieve the goals we have set ourselves. Next season cannot come soon enough!”

Responding Steve Olive, Chairman of Southport RFC commented: “We have worked with Adam and the EFT Group over the past year and we are thrilled with the way our partnership is developing.

“We are looking forward to our teams running out next season with EFT front and centre on the shirt.’’

Southport Rugby Football Club would like to thank all partners involved with our new kit.

“Adam and colleagues at EFT Group, Alex Fusco at Fusco Travel, Chris Lodge at Manor Lodge Food, John Page at DRP Insurance, Karl & Leanne Plunket at TLM Building Solutions and Kay Atkinson at Southport Osteopathy.
