Cover 5k and have a Blast with colour
Nathan Scanlon, a previous participant, said: “Myself and my two children took part in the 2017 Colour Blast, it wasn’t about running the 5K but rather making a difference by getting as bright and as colourful as possible.
“It was a fantastic day and the children absolutely loved it.
“What made it even better was knowing we were making a difference to the lives of local visually impaired people through the sponsorship we raised.
“I’d urge anybody to try this event – it really is one the whole family can enjoy.”
Galloway’s supports more than 7,000 blind and partially sighted people in Sefton and Lancashire at any point – whether that be at the point of diagnosis or being encouraged to live independently.
