Award is doubled for hotel
SOUTHPORT’S Vincent Hotel has been awarded a second Rosette by the AA, following a recent inspection.
Described by the Automobile Association as demonstrating “exceptionally high standards in culinary excellence”, the Vincent Hotel was praised as a “stylish, contemporary hotel”, with a diverse and flavourful menu.
Inspectors acting on behalf of the AA marked The Vincent as standing out amongst business in the North West, serving fresh, seasonal food with demonstrable care and skill.
Guests can expect to dine “with confidence and a sense of anticipation” at the hotel’s V Café and Sushi Bar.
Alongside this, the hotel’s location was complimented for its proximity to Southport’s lively Lord Street, while the diversity of the menu came in for notable praise, with a collection of global dishes ranging from seared scallops to glazed pork belly, sushi, to fish & chips, to duck shepherd’s pie.
“We are thrilled to have received such a glowing report from the AA following their recent visit and inspection,” said general manager Andi Mosson.
“The kitchen and restaurant teams at The Vincent work tirelessly to ensure all our guests receive a memorable meal and leave extremely satisfied.
“So this award is testament to their hard work and passion.” A guided Island Tour of Jersey
