Sit, watch, listen
Do you find it’s worth sitting out behind walls or in high seats to shoot foxes around dawn or dusk? I’ve heard you can catch them out, but I wanted to see if you thought it was worth the effort, or not.

I have spent many an hour sitting out for foxes around dawn and dusk to catch them out unaware as they go about their business. It can work very well, but it depends on the ground you are shooting over and what is about. All types of foxing can be a wild goose chase, however it’s an enjoyable way to spend an evening or watch the world come to life and can definitely show results. Although, it can be an issue with the mozzies if you aren’t careful or protected!
