A large quantity of bricks, recovered from overbridges altered during the Great Western main line electrification, have been donated to the Severn Valley Railway by contractor Kier Construction Ltd. Some will be used to rebuild Eardington station platform, while others are destined for the reconstruction of Bewdley messroom.
