‘G5’ model is ‘ACe’

A complete Worsdell 0-4-4T, in all its lined green North Eastern Railway finery, was on show at the G5 Locomotive Company’s Shildon base on September 17 - albeit in 7mm scale. Model manufacturer ACE Trains has donated 25 of its ready-to-run ‘O’ gauge ‘G5s’ to the project - finished in the pre-grouping guise of its replica example, No. 1759.
