‘J21’ DECISION IMMINENT

A decision on whether ‘J21’ No. 65033 would receive a ‘Stage 2’ cash award from the Heritage Lottery Fund was due to be announced in late March. The Locomotive Conservation & Learning Trust was awarded a provisional go-ahead in 2014. (See page 36).
