A new rail­way-style wa­ter crane has been in­stalled at the Cor­ris Rail­way’s Maespoeth ter­mi­nus. Tra­di­tion­ally, en­gines took wa­ter from a tank in the shed roof, us­ing an out­let in the shed wall, but this is not con­ve­nient for the rail­way’s present method of op­er­a­tion with the lo­co­mo­tive at the head of the train.
