Severn Valley Railway member Phil Swallow raised over £5,000 for the SVR Charitable Trust’s endowment Future Fund, by asking friends and family to donate to a JustGiving page instead of buying presents for his 60th birthday. A volunteer at the SVR since 1975, he is also co-owner of resident ‘West Country’ No. 34027 Taw Valley.
