• NEW TRACK AT BODMIN

A new piece of track has been laid on the Bodmin & Wenford Railway for the first time in preservation. The turnout leading into Walker Lines sidings, near Bodmin General, was completed on February 8. All other permanent way materials on the 6½-mile line were inherited from BR or acquired second-hand.
