• ALN VALLEY TANKER

A 14-ton Charles Roberts tank wagon, rebuilt in the 1930s from a National Benzole 10-ton ‘Class A’ vehicle of 1920, has moved from Darlington Railway Preservation Society to the Aln Valley Railway. It will become a water carrier for tackling lineside fires.
