Showing the old magic was still there were members of Midas Touch, Sandalwood and the So What Duo.
All the musicians come from Raploch, Cowie, Fallin, Bridge of Allan and Falkirk, with the oldest being around 75.
The audience at the concert on April 1 enjoyed a night of classic 60s and 70s pop plus traditional music, with the dancefloor being full most of the night.
Organiser Davy Lowe, drummer with Midas Touch, said: “It was a fabulous event with great music and a wonderful, appreciative audience”.
A raffle contributed to the overall total raised of £1360.
On Monday some of those who took part in the concert, including Davy, handed over the proceeds to staff at the Cancer Research UK shop in Murray Place, Stirling.
Davy said: “This was a fantastic joint effort by local musicians and residents who gave generously to this great cause.”
He thanked everyone who supported the event, especially Rab Fotheringham, Cowie Miners Social Club, Elaine Lowe, Helen Deas and Jacqueline Lowe.
