Blue bins are a blight on the landscape

Dear Sir, As a visitor to Strathard over many years I’ have always enjoyed walking in the countryside. However, this time I have been dismayed to see the bright blue recycling bins disfiguring the area.

Clearly there is a need for the bins but I find it hard to understand the choice of such a garish and inappropriate colour which in no way allows the bins to blend in with
