A Stirling woman responsible for a catalogue of crime has been ordered to return to court.

Pauline Sleeman, of Middlemuir, Springkerse Road, appeared at Stirling Sheriff Court on Wednesday morning in relation to a number of offences.

The 36-year-old shouted, swore, behaved in an abusive manner and committed a breach of the peace on Bannockburn Road on June 12 before being found with heroin.

And on March 10 on Goosecroft Road she assaulted a man by repeatedly striking him on the head and body, knocked his spectacles to the ground and threw alcohol on him.

Sleeman was also appearing in connection with several other offences from last year.

In July 2016 she assaulted a police officer on Murray Place by kicking her on the body.

Three days later while in Morrisons pub she punched a woman on the head before acting aggressively while holding a bottle and booting the interior of a police car.

On December 2 while within an ambulance and at Forth Valley Hospital she repeatedly shouted, swore and made threats.

She also assaulted a police officer and kicked her on the body while in the ambulance bay.

Defence solicitor Ken Dalling told the court that Sleeman is trying to change her ways.

He said: “The report is quite positive and she is responding to the assistance provided. I ask that you continue matters for a further review in one month’s time.”

The case was continued four weeks to allow her to cooperate with an existing court order.
