Food and drink focus at STEP
An event designed to help businesses in the food and drink sector grow is coming to Stirling.
Sustainable Stirling will see a number of expert speakers deliver top tips and advice during a freeto-attend session on Wednesday, September 27.
The event is being run at Stirling Enterprise Park by STEP Scotland and Business Gateway Stirling from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
VisitScotland’s industry development manager Janie Neumann will talk about how to give businesses a competitive edge while Louisa Coursey, project manager for Zero Waste Scotland, will offer advice on how to make food and drink go further.
Fergus Moore and Scott Kennedy, founders of Glasgow-based Revive Eco will tell the story behind their green business which recycles used coffee grounds to produce high-value bio-oils, biofuel and biofertiliser.
Stirling’s own Denvir Marketing will also be present to discuss sustainable marketing in a digital future.
