An estate near Dunblane has gone on the market at offers over £2.2 million.

Lot two comprises a property known as West Cottage and 22.61 acres of land.

Property consultants Galbraith say lot one is on the market at offers over £1.675 million, while lot two is listed at offers over £525,000 . Offers of over £2.2 million are being sought for the whole estate.
