Contractors are being sought to work on the restoration of a 19th Century Stirling area property.
Twenty apartments, 10 mews houses and eight detached homes are being constructed at Larbert House and its grounds.
Developers All Saints Construction are now moving on to the final stage of the project.
And it is to stage an event in conjunction with Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce to find local contractors to help carry out the work.
Most trades are needed including stone masons, brick layers, electricians, joiners, plumbers, plasterers, roofers, kitchen fitters and painters and decorators.
A briefing will be held at the site (FK5 3NR) on October 5 between 2pm and 6pm. Email info@ allsaintsconstruction. co.uk or call 0191 211 4130 for more information.
All Saints managing director Sonali Craddock said: “We are seeking people with the skills to do it justice and create a new community in an historic setting.”
Larbert House was the vision of industrialist Sir Gilbert Stirling who appointed architect David Hamilton, widely regarded as the father of architecture in Glasgow, to design a mansion house that would match and complement the splendour of the surrounding countryside.
Built in 1822, the house was extended by then owner, Sir John Graham, in 1904. Sir John lived at Larbert House until he died in 1926, after which the estate changed hands several times until it was damaged by fire in 2006.
