Binos boss wins Manager of the Month

Strathendrick beat Loch Lomond to win the West Regional Bowl but were agonisingly pipped by Blairgowrie in the national semifinal, losing 20-17 on the last play.
A 70-0 win over Birkmyre, however, clinched the BT West League Two title for them.
Cricket, golf and bowls all kicked off with Stirling County winning their opening Western Union First Division match at Drumpellier.
Success came for Bridge of Allan Sports Club’s squash section when the seconds won East of Scotland Division Three, Wallace High and Stirling High won national schools basketball titles, Central AC men and women won National Road Relay awards and Stirling County U18 girls beat Hillhead to win the Scottish Cup.
