Due to weather conditions, less numbers forward and many more could have been sold to the large ringside of buyers. In the March Show and Sale, the overall champion came from J and D Mitchell, Offers, Gargunnock with a Charolais Heifer weighing 420kg, selling to £1110 to the judge, J Watson, Pityot, Stonehaven. Reserve champion went to R McNee Ltd, Woodend, Armadale with a Limousin Heifer weighing 495kg selling to £1140.
