Graham heading off to war

Englishman Stephen Graham will team up with acting legend Tom Hanks for World War II drama Greyhound.

The 44-year-old (pictured, right) star of The Departed and This Is England will play a character named Charlie Cole in the film adaptation of CS Forester’s popular novel The Good Shepherd.

In other movie news, Simon Kinberg has been confirmed as the director of the longgestating Logan’s Run remake.

Kinberg revealed Warner Bros view the reboot of the cult sci-fi flick as a “potentially really big franchise”.
