Tickets on sale for open-air production
Stirling Castle will host a treat for Jane Austen fans this Sunday, June 10, as it becomes the atmospheric backdrop for a dramatic adaptation of Sense and Sensibility.
Chapterhouse Theatre Company’s open-air production takes place from 7.30pm to 9.45pm and doors open at 6.45pm.
The story of sisters Elinor and Marianne Dashwood has been adapted by Laura Turner.
Assistant events and filming manager at Historic Environment Scotland (HES) Laura Gray said:“We hope audiences will join us for what is sure to be a magical summer evening of theatre in the beautiful and historic setting of the Queen Anne Garden at Stirling Castle.”

Stirling Castle has played a role in Scottish history time and time again, and will provide a stunning backdrop for an evening of theatre beneath the stars.”
Tickets are available online and on the door. Historic Scotland Members will receive a 100 per cent discount when they login to the membership website to buy tickets.
