Road closed after car and lorry are involved in smash
Emergency services rushed to a serious road accident on the A9 yesterday (Tuesday).
A car and an HGV were involved in the smash at around 12.55pm on the southbound carriageway near to Balhaldie.
Police and the Scottish Air Ambulance were involved and the road was closed southbound.
Inspector Andrew Thomson from the road policing unit at Stirling said: “We are working to establish the full circumstances of this incident.
“Anyone who was on the road at the time and witnessed what happened should contact police immediately.”
