Parish Church Sunday Sunday worship takes place at the usual time of 11am and will be conducted by Rev Dan Harper. There will be a creche and coffee fellowship takes place in the Chalmers Hall afterwards. The first of the summer coffee mornings will be held on Saturday, July 7 from 10amnoon in the Chalmers Hall. Proceeds will be split between Maggie’s Centre and the MS Therapy Centre. Summer Sundays begin next week with a village challenge; meet in the church foyer at 2pm. St Saviour’s Episcopal Church 8am Eucharist, 10am sung Eucharist. Young Church and creche take place in the church hall then join the main service later. Coffee/ tea are served in the church hall after the 10am service. On Wednesdays at 11am in the choir vestry there is a quiet, peaceful service with coffee/ tea afterwards. Admission to the concert is free, but there will be a retiring collection for Anaphylaxi­a Scotland, the choir’s chosen charity. Parking on Stirling Castle Esplanade until 10.30pm courtesy of Historic Environmen­t Scotland. There will be a concert in the church on Saturday, July 21 at 7.30pm featuring guest soloist spots by Thomas Rintoul on tenor horn and organ solos by Ian Boulter. Music includes the Rondo from Mozart’s 4th Horn Concerto and other well known tunes. Tickets cost £10 (£6 concession­s) for the Organ Appeal Fund and includes refreshmen­ts after the concert. Allan Park South Church Service on Sunday is at 10.30am and will be led by the Worship Group.
