A benefactor has donated two much sought after tickets for the Friday August 17 gig.

Also thrown in is a two course meal for two plus bottle of wine at Brea Restaurant in the city centre at 3pm on the day of the concert.

Start Up Stirling organisers decided to hold an online auction for the tickets, with the highest bid as of last Friday sitting at over £320.

The auction is running until this Friday at noon (August 10) and email bids can be sent to intern@startupstirling.org.uk. The winner will be announced on the Start Up Stirling facebook page at 1pm. The charity’s funding and communications manager Laura Kearney said: “This is a special and incredibly generous gift, donated by Brea, to help raise funds for Start Up.

“We decided to auction off the package, with the funds going towards helping local people in hardship. This is an amazing prize so please give generously!”
