All are welcome to this short service in the Choir area. The next recital in the Music at Midday series will be given by organist Hannah Gibson from Worcesters­hire. Her programme will include works by Bach, Buxtehude, Pachelbel and others. Admission is free, with a retiring collection. There is also the opportunit­y for a light soup lunch in the hall after the concert. All proceeds from the lunch go to the work of Strathcarr­on Hospice. On Sunday, there are two services in the morning - the family service at 9.15am and morning worship at 10.30am. This will be followed by Prayers for Wholeness and Healing. Please meet in the choir area. Sunday is also St Blane’s Day. To mark this, Dunblane Churches Together have organised a Safari Service, setting out from the Church of the Holy Family at 2.30pm. This Safari Service is based on the idea of a Safari Supper: it is one act of worship hosted and led by different congregati­ons in the town to celebrate our patron saint and the reconstitu­ting of our ecumenical organisati­on “Dunblane Churches Together”. The service will conclude with refreshmen­ts in the Cathedral Hall. From Monday to Friday next week, Radio Rainbow, the Dunblane Churches Holiday Club, will be hosted in the Cathedral Halls. The group meets between 10am and noon each morning.
