The amateur football season kicks off this week and first into action tonight (Wednesday) is the Foster’s Central Scottish AFL featuring local sides Bannockbur­n, Fallin and Tullibody Community.

The RJM Sports Stirling and District AFA and the Caledonian League – which will involve MIlton, Doune Castle, Cambusbarr­on Rovers, Callander Thistle, Dunblane Soccer Academy and Stirling University – both begin on Saturday.
