Market returns to Stirling city centre

Stirling Farmers’ Market makes its monthly visit to the city centre tomorrow.

The market will be in Port Street from 10am until 4pm.

The focus this month is on summer food and there are two new producers.

Tomnah’a Market Garden from Perthshire will have summer vegetables and Stirling’s Fat Hen Farm produce salad mixes.

Also back at the market this month is Olives and Thingz, who marinate a selection of olives.

Free-range hen and duck eggs, cheeses and butter,e fish and shellfish will also be on offer.

In addition there will be fruit wines and ciders, mead, craft beers and gins.

Gift ideas include handmade soaps and jewellery.
