Don’t panic about exams

-

Young people this week received their SQA exam results. This is both an exciting and a worrying time for many.

All the hard work put in over the past academic year will be paying off for most pupils and I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone on their achievements.

Of course, for some their exam results may not be what they had hoped for or had expected to achieve and they may be asking ‘what now?’ The answer is not to panic as there is expert advice available.

Skills Development Scotland is running an exam results helpline where a member of the team will be able to talk pupils through options and next steps.

The line is open 9am until 5pm every day until August 15 and the number to call is 0800 100 8000.
