SCOTTISH COUNTRY DANCE

CONCERT AT ST MARY’S

The next in the Sunday series of concertrs at St Mary’s is on February 16 when the Norwegian Engegard String Quartet performs in the church at 3pm. Formed in 2006, the quartet has rapidly become one of Norway’s most sought after ensembles. They will be playing works by Grieg, Svendsen and Haydn as well as Nordic folk songs and finnish tangos. The Engegård Quartet is supported by the Norwegian Arts Council. There will be a retiring collection.
