Chargrilled treats to fire up the tastebuds
The Springkerse View at Springkerse Business Park has officially re-opened its doors following an extensive transformation.
And for the new-look bar and restaurant, the focus is all about the chargrill with some truly tantalising dishes to tuck into including sizzling steak fajitas, chargrilled Hunter’s Chicken, chargrilled Scottish salmon, and of course, the classic chargrilled steak.
The steaks are from grass-fed Hereford and Aberdeen Angus beef, matured for 30 days, making them wonderfully tender, lean and full of flavour - who can resist a 30 day matured rump steak?
There is also a range of classic pub meals from scampi to luxury macaroni cheese, burgers to sandwiches and snacks to enjoy.
General manager, Rhona McKinnon and her team are looking forward to welcoming guests back to the pub, following a six-figure investment.

“All our steaks are grassfed beef, aged to perfection, making them wonderfully tender, lean and full of flavour.”
The new drinks range at the pub is designed to complement the food perfectly – quality ales, full-bodied red and refreshing white wines, all the latest gins and cocktails and an exciting variety of soft drinks.
The interior of the pub has been completely overhauled, introducing a fresh and welcoming environment for local diners and drinkers from Stirling and beyond to enjoy.
