Richard Jeffrey, owner of Toni&Guy Stirling, started taking appointmen­ts on Monday and now has a waiting list of 490 people desperate to shed their lockdown locks. He told the Observer: “It’s going to be like Christmas for us in terms of being so busy - we’re booked up to mid-August.”
