Touching tributes to tragic Claire (28) Man due in court after body is found at St Ninians property

Tributes have been paid to a Stirling woman who was found dead at a property in St Ninians at the weekend.

Claire Inglis, 28, was found at the property in Cultenhove Crescent at around 5am on Sunday.

A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death.

Friends took to social media to pay touching tributes to Claire.

John Addison described her as “one of the very nicest and kindest person in this whole wide world”.

Stacey Marshall posted: “Memories last a lifetime and I’ll forever hold ours close to my heart, sleep tight my girl.”

Amanda Duffy added: “Aww Claire Inglis such a nice lassie, would help anyone amazing mum, your boy was your world.

“Stirling is a broken place today with a lot of heavy hearts.”

Kayleigh Morton said: “Fly high angel.”

On Monday, floral tributes were left outside of the property.

Friends and family also launched a fundraisin­g page in her memory.

The Just Giving page was launched in Sunday and by the time of print had raised £2,245.

The 26-year-old man was arrested following the death.

Detective Inspector Craig Higgins, from Forth Valley CID, said: “A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Claire Inglis who was found dead within a property at Cultenhove Crescent, Stirling, on Sunday, November 28.

“Relatives are aware and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”

The 26-year-old man was expected to appear at Stirling Sheriff Court yesterday (Tuesday).
