Twelve month conditional discharge, £85 costs. ●●DAVID ROBERT MARSHALL, 57, of Eastwood Drive, Marple, admitted drink-driving. Community punishment order with 100 hours unpaid work, two-year driving ban, £85 costs. ●●ANDREW JAMES RODGERS, 29, of Hall Street, Offerton, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and drinkdriving. Fined £190, 16-month ban, £85 costs. ●●MARKO BARTULOVIC, 39, of Bowen Close, Bramhall, admitted being drunk and disorderly. Fined £100, £85 costs. ●●DAVID NEIL KELLY, 27, of Swythamley Road, Cheadle Heath, admitted assaulting a police officer, criminal damage and driving while unfit through drugs. Twelve weeks’ jail suspended for two years, 200 hours unpaid work, 10 driving licence penalty points, £750 compensation, £85 costs. ●●JORDAN CLAIRE, 18, of Buxton Road, Heaviley, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order and criminal damage.
